ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES Acct. No. 384597 - 2 Permit No. 1108531
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one (1) Fiber Conduit(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 3-17 E. 31st St
Said Fiber Conduit(s) starting from an existing City of Chicago electric manhole in East 31st Street, at approximately thirty-six (36) feet east of the east edge of pavement of South State Street approximately eight (8) feet north of the south edge of pavement of East 31st Street, then going south approximately sixteen (16) feet to a turning point and then going east in the south right-of-way of East 31st Street approximately one hundred twenty-three (123) feet to a turning point, then going north approximately seven (7) feet and ending at an attachment point to the CTA Green Line elevated structure. Total footage is approximately one hundred forty-six (146) linear feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1108531 herein granted the sum of eight hundred seventy-six ($876.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
