ILLINIOS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES Acct. No. 384597 - 4 Permit No. 1108535
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ILLINIOS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, install, maintain and use one (1) Fiber Conduit(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 81-119 W. 31st St
Said Fiber Conduit(s) starting from the west edge of the South La Salle Street right-of-way approximately forty-six (46) feet north of north edge of pavement of West 31st Street, going east to approximately six (6) feet east ofthe west edge of pavement of South La Salle Street, then going south approximately forty (40) feet to an existing manhole. Total footage is approximately fifty-four (54) linear feet.
Then again starting from an existing manhole in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of South LaSalle Street and West 31st Street, approximately fourteen (14) feet south ofthe South 31st Street edge of pavement and thirty-for (34) west of the west Metra bridge abutment, and going north approximately twenty-eight (28) feet, to a turning point, then proceeding east approximately one hundred thirty (130) feet beneath South 31st Street and meeting an existing conduit. Total footage is approximately one hundred fifty-eight (158) linear feet.
Then again starting approximately two hundred fifty-six (256) feet east of the east edge of pavement of South LaSalle Street an existing manhole at the south edge of the north sidewalk of West 31 Street, then going due south approximately thirty-four (34) feet to an existing manhole within South 31st Street. Total footage is approximately thirty-four (34) linear feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office ofthe City Clerk.
