ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language as new subsections 4-60-023 (9.347) through (9.432), as follows:
4-60-023 Restrictions on additional package goods licenses.
Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional package goods license shall be issued for any premises located within the following areas:

On 95th Street, from State Street to Michigan Avenue.
On 95th Street, from Michigan Avenue to Prairie Avenue.
On 95m Street, from Prairie Avenue to Calumet Avenue.
On 95th Street, from Calumet Avenue to Vernon Avenue.
On 95th Street, from Vernon Avenue to Rhodes Avenue.
On 95th Street, from Rhodes Avenue to Champlain Avenue.
On 95lh Street, from Champlain Avenue to where 95m Street intersects Cottage Grove Avenue east of the railroad tracks.
On 94th Street, from State Street to Michigan Avenue.
On 94th Street, from Michigan Avenue to Prairie Avenue.
On 94th Street, from Prairie Avenue to Calumet Avenue.
On 94th Street, from Calumet Avenue to Vernon Avenue.
On 94th Street, from Vernon Avenue to Saint Lawrence Avenue.
On 93rd Street, from State Street to Michigan Avenue.
