BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 9-64-090 (f) ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the following portion ofthe named street below is removed from the buffer zone for a residential parking zone (Zone 204):

•   1611 to 1627 W. Division Street (Odd side ofthe street)

Proco Joe Moreno Alderman, 1st Ward

SECTION 2. This ordinance will be in full force and effect upon passage and publication.
