ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance

be amended by changing all the RM5.5, Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 16-E in the area bounded by:

South Indiana Avenue; East Marquette Road; the north/south public alley next west of and parallel to South Indiana Avenue; and a line 75.00 feet north of and parallel to East Marquette Road,

to those of a B3-3, Community Shopping District which is hereby established in the area described and a corresponding use district.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
