SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications on Maps No. 11-J in the area bounded by:

A line 191 feet south of and parallel to West Montrose Avenue; the public alley next east of and parallel to North Pulaski Road; the public alley next northeast of and parallel to North Elston Avenue; a line 269.75 feet northwesterly of North Harding Avenue as measured along the northeast line of North Elston Avenue and perpendicular thereto; North Elston Avenue; and North Pulaski Road,

to those of a Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
