SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe M2-3, Light Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No 6-I in the area bounded by

West 27^th Street; South Whipple Street; West 28^th Street; South Sacramento Avenue; a line beginning at a point 422.06 feet north of the north line of West 31 st Street as measured along the west right-of-way line of South Sacramento Avenue and running southwesterly to a point 100.00 feet north ofthe north line of West 31st Street and 50 feet east of the east line of South Albany Avenue; a line 50 feet east of South Albany Avenue; West 31^st Street; South Albany Avenue; West 30^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Troy Street; West 28^th Street; a line 158.61 feet east ofthe east line of the public alley next east of and parallel to South Troy Street; and the southeasterly line ofthe Central Illinois Railway right-of-way

to those of a POS-1, Park and Open Space District

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
