TRAFFIC LANE - TOW/AWAY ZONE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as traffic lane - tow/away zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a definite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:

WARD      TOW AWAY ZONES:

44      W. Surf Street (both sides) from N. Sheridan Road to N. Commonwealth Avenue;

No Parking Tow Zone, all days, all times (13-01008311) [02013-2063]

WARD      AMEND TOW AWAY:

38      N. Meade Avenue (west side) from W. Irving Park Road to the first alley south thereof

(93-1386). Repeal ordinance passed 2/9/94, journal page 45271 which reads: N. Meade Avenue, (west side) from W. Irving Park Road to the first alley south thereof; No Parking Tow Zone by striking the above (13-01201184) [02013-3245]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
