MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS RESERVED DISABLED PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install reserved disabled parking signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

47      1746-1760 W. Wilson Avenue, Repeal ordinance passed 9/9/09 p70621 which reads:

Wilson Avenue (north side) from a point 40 feet west of N. Hermitage Avenue to a point 20 feet west thereof; Reserved Disabled Parking; 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, tow away zone - 2% disabled by striking the above (13-01205837) [O2013-3130]

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
