ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-J in area bound by
North Hamlin Avenue, a line 645 feet Southwest of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; the alley next East of North Hamlin Avenue; and a line 310.85 feet North of the intersection of North Lawndale Avenue and North Hamlin Avenue, as measured along the East right-of-way line of North Hamlin Avenue and perpendicular thereto, North Hamlin Avenue.
to those of a RM4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
