The public alley next northeast of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 203.72 feet southeast of and parallel to North Sawyer Avenue (as measured along the northeasterly line of Milwaukee Avenue); North Milwaukee Avenue; a line 153.72 feet southeast of and parallel to North Sawyer Avenue (as measured along the northeasterly line of Milwaukee Avenue).
