■4 SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Business Planned Development No. 1170 symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 8-J in the area bounded by:

a line 553.91 south of and parallel to West 31^st Street; South Kedzie Avenue; a line 1,010.17 feet south of and parallel to West 31^st Street; a line 878.34 feet southwest of and almost parallel to South Kedzie Avenue and almost perpendicular to the centerline of the West Fork of the South Branch of the Chicago River as declared nonnavigable and filled; the centerline of the West Fork of the South Branch of the Chicago River,

to those of a C3-1 Commercial Manufacturing and Employment District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
