ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the designation and appropriate symbols and indications of a segment of the South Blue Island Avenue right-of-way on Map No. 4-G in the area bounded by:

West \6^A Street; a line lying 360 feet southwest of West 16^th Street (as measured along the eastern right of way of South Blue Island Avenue) and perpendicular to South Blue Island Avenue

to remove all designations of such segment as a Pedestrian Retail Street.

SECTION 2. Section 17-3-0503-E of Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by deleting the stricken language and inserting the underscored language as follows:

17-3-0503-E Pedestrian streets also radiate from the following six-comer intersections.
