ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 17-3-0502-B of Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by deleting the stricken language and inserting the underscored language as follows:

17-3-0502-B abut a street with a right-of-way of    120 feet or less;

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect upon passage and publication.
