BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the CI-3 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 6-F in the area bounded by
The public alley perpendicular to South Normal Avenue and next north of and parallel to West 31st Street; South Normal Avenue; West 31st Street; a perpendicular line to West 31sl Street and 97.20 feet west of and parallel to South Normal Avenue,
to those of an RS3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
