ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Ml-1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-S in the area bounded by
West Farragut Avenue; North Sanford Avenue (Michigan Avenue); a line 200 feet north of the north line of West Foster Avenue; a southeasterly line 96.25 feet long starting at a point 200 feet north of the north line of West Foster Avenue at a point 200.13 feet east of the east line of North Sanford Avenue and ending at a point 291.50 feet east of the east line of North Sanford Avenue and 170 feet north of the north line of West Foster Avenue; a line 165.08 feet north of West Foster Avenue; North Wesley Terrace; a line 82.50 feet north of and parallel to West Foster Avenue; a line 163.14 feet west of the west line of North Wesley Terrace (as measured along the north line of West Foster Avenue); West Foster Avenue; the east boundary line of the M. St. P & SSM Railroad right-of-way,
to those of a B3-1 Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
