ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM6.5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-E in the area bounded by

A line 44.66 feet north of and parallel to East Scott Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to North State Street; the public alley next north of and parallel to East Scott Street; a line 50 feet east of and parallel to the public alley next east of and parallel to North State Street; East Scott Street; North State Street,

to those of an RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
