BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install 1 Hour Parking Restriction signs at the below listed locations:

47      4002 N. Leavitt Street: Repeal ordinance passed 5/9/91, journal page 79 which reads:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and amend 1 Hour Parking Restrictions on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
