SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE:

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.     SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council allowing erection of a honorary street-name sign, the Committee on Transportation and Public Way shall take the necessary steps for standardization of the 4000 block of West Harrison Street (southwest corner of Pulaski and Harrison) as, "Pastor Reverend Fred L. Johnson Way".
