South Kensington Avenue, from South Prairie Avenue to South Indiana Avenue and South Prairie Avenue, from 11533 (alley) to South Kensington Avenue - 7:15 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. and 3:00P.M. to 4:00P.M., August 15, 2013 through July 30, 2014 all school days. Provided provisions of Section 9-12-040 of the City Traffic Code are fully complied with and provided school is responsible for traffic control devices (07-02286724);

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication.
