MISCELLANEOUS SIGNS RESERVED DISABLED PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
 
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to repeal Reserved Disabled Parking signs at the below listed locations:
 
 
 
 
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
25      1900-1908 W. Cermak Road: Repeal ordinance which establishes W. Cermak
Road (north side) from a point 26 feet west of S. Wolcott Avenue to a point 50 feet west thereof; 2% Disabled Parking by striking the above - (13-01198565) [O2013-3039]
42      330 N. Wabash Avenue: Repeal ordinance which establishes 330 N. Wabash
Avenue (adjacent to), 2% Public Disabled Parking by striking the above [O2013-3136]
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to repeal Reserved Disabled Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
