ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone in the    6000     block of     South Parkside Avenue        including the wrap around of 6001 South Parkside Avenue , Sunday thru Saturday , at all times .
