ORDINANCE AMENDMENT Acct. No. 30746 -1 Permit No. 1108129

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1:

The ordinance passed by the City Council of the City of Chicago for BAIS YAAKOV SCHOOL on 10/16/2013, and printed upon page 61943 ofthe Journal of Proceedings of the City of Chicago is here by Amended by deleting the words

"one (1) sheeting(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 6110 N. California Ave"

and inserting in their place the words

"one (1) sheeting under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 2754 West Rosemont"

Section 2:

This ordinance Amendment shall be in effect upon its passage.
