To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and amend Residential Permit Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe committee present, with no dissenting votes.

RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as Residential Permit Parking Zones, for the following locations:
WARD RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING:
23 5500 block of S. Parkside Avenue (both sides) of the street from W. 56th Street to the
first alley north thereof; Residential Permit Parking Zone, at all times [Or2013-480]
27 720-796 W. Scott Street (north side), Residential Permit Parking Zone 1055, all times,
all days [02013-9408]
WARD AMEND RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:
2 3441-3449 S. Giles Street; Repeal Residential Permit Parking Zone by striking the
above (Signs already removed) [02013-6565]
46 4600-4800 blocks of N. Kenmore Street, 4600-4800 blocks of N. Winthrop Street, and
1000-1150 blocks of W. Leland Avenue; Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 1268 to include the 4600-4800 blocks of N. Kenmore Street and N. Winthrop Street (both sides) and 1000-1150 blocks of W. Leland Avenue (both sides) [Or2013-720]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
