Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinances to establish and amend Traffic Tow-Away Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances submitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe committee present, with no dissenting votes.

TRAFFIC LANE - TOW/AWAY ZONE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following locations are hereby designated as traffic lane - Tow-Away Zones, between the limits and during the times specified, standing or parking of any vehicle shall be considered a efinite hazard to the normal movement of traffic:
WARD TOW AWAY ZONES:
40 2745-2800 W. Foster Avenue (south side) from a point 90 feet east of N. California
Avenue to a point 238 feet east thereof; No Parking No Stopping No Standing, Anytime, Tow Zone - (13-00071872) [02012-8492]
WARD AMEND TOW AWAY:
23 S. Oak Park Avenue; Amend No Parking Tow Zone by striking; No Parking on S. Oak
Park Avenue (east side) from Archer Avenue to the first.alley north thereof [O2013-9184]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
