To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to amend Consulate Parking Only on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinances transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members ofthe committee present, with no dissenting votes.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to install Consulate Parking Only signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:
42 700 N. Rush Street; Amend ordinance passed 9/4/03, journal page 7212, which reads:
N. Rush Street (west side) from a point 20 feet north of E. Huron Street to a point 20 feet north thereof; Consulate Parking Only, 7:00am to 6:00pm by striking Consulate and inserting in lieu thereof; Thai Consulate -- (13-00608339) [02013-683]
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
