ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the B3-2 Community Shopping District and RM5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No.7-F in the area bounded by


beginning at a line 154.10 feet south of and parallel to West Barry Avenue as measured along the east right-of-way line of North Clark Street; the alley next east of and parallel to North Clark Street; the south right-of-way line of the portion of the alley next south of and parallel to West Barry Avenue; the east right-of-way line of a portion of the alley next east of North Clark Street; a line 144.65 feet south of and parallel to West Barry Avenue; a line 231.62 east of the inter­section of West Barry Avenue and North Clark Street, as measured along the south right-of-way line of West Barry Avenue and per­pendicular thereto; a line 176.65 feet south of and parallel to West Barry Avenue; and North Clark Street (ToB),

to those of a B3-3 Community Shopping District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
