Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. The ordinance (02013-1603) passed by the City Council on April 10, 2013 amending Titles 3 and 9 of the Municipal Code of Chicago and printed in the Journal ofthe Proceedings of the City Council ofthe City of Chicago, pages 51189 through 51200, is hereby corrected by deleting: "Section 3-56-0509(c)" appearing in the 10^th printed line from the bottom of page 51193 and inserting in lieu thereof: "Section 3-56-050(c)".

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its passage.
