BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION \. Section 3-56-050 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language stricken through and by inserting the language underscored, as follows:
3-56-050 Fees - Late fees.

To the President and Members of the City Council:
Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which was referred a proposed ordinance Amending Section3-56, of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, as it pertains to City Sticker Fees for motorcycles registered to persons 65 years of age or older, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance transmitted herewith.
This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
