ORDINANCE

Whereas, On November 26, 2013, the City Council passed an ordinance ("the Ordinance") establishing and amending loading zones pursuant to Section 9-64-160 of the Municipal Code. The Ordinance appears at pages 68786 through 68791 of the Journal of Proceedings for that date; and

Whereas, The Ordinance erroneously included a reference to "15 feet" instead of the legislatively intended "150 feet"; and

Whereas, It is necessary and appropriate to correct this error; now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Page 68788 of the Journal of Proceedings of November 26, 2013 is hereby corrected by deleting in its entirety the sixth line of text from the top of the page, which reads as follows:

"16^th Street and South Rockwell Street west for a distance of 15 feet -"

and replacing it with:

"16^th Street and South Rockwell Street west for a distance of 150 feet -"

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
