Limits: Beginning at a point 99' south of West Surf, and continuing southward
193' (see attached exhibit), ending at south curb/Hare of existing loading dock driveway. Pole mounted sign should have arrow on it pointing North from this point, so as not to interfere with existing diagonal parking to the south.
