BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on November 26, 2013, establishing a loading zone designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom, the following [page 68789 ofthe Journal of Proceedings]:
'West Touhy Avenue
No. 2717 (south side) from a point 175 feet west of North Washtenaw Avenue to a point 35 feet west thereof - 15 minute standing zone - use flashing lights - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday - tow-away zone (13-01523761).
(NO PARKING - LOADING ZONE)."
Inserting in lieu thereof,
"West Touhy Avenue
No. 2717 (south side) from a point 175 feet west of North Washtenaw Avenue to a point 20 feet west thereof - 15 minute standing zone - use flashing lights - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Monday through Friday - tow-away zone (13-01523761).
(NO PARKING - LOADING ZONE)."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
