ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by removing the Pedestrian Street symbols and indications from that segment of the West 26th Street right-of-way on Map N06-J in the area between
the centerline of South St. Louis Avenue on the west and the centerline of South Homan Avenue on the east
SECTION 2. That section 17-3-503-D the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by deleting the language stricken through and inserting the underscored language as follows:
17-3-0503-D [Pedestrian Streets and Pedestrian Retail Streets.]
1. The following street segments are classified as pedestrian streets:
