RESERVED DISABLED PARKING

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1.  That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to repeal Reserved Disabled Parking signs at the below listed locations:

WARD MISCELLEANEOUS:

18      8318 S. Kedzie Avenue; Repeal ordinance passed 1/18/12, journal page 19201, which

reads: 8318 S. Kedzie Avenue, 2% Disabled Loading Zone, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, by striking the above - (13-01551843) [02013-4466]

SECTION 2.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety to which were referred the proposed miscellaneous ordinance to repeal Reserved Disabled Parking on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance transmitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the committee present, with no dissenting votes.
