BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

"SBCTIONl. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM-5 District symbols and indications shown on Map No. 8-E in the area bounded by

Dr. M.L. King Dr.; 35 feet east, 231.20 feet south of East 35^th Street on the north line; a line 124.00 feet east parallel with East 35^th Street; a line 21.60 feet south parallel with South Rhodes Avenue; a line 124.00 feet west parallel with 37^th Street; a line 21.60 feet north parallel with Dr. M.L. King Dr. back to point of origin.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
