ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the CI-3 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 7-G in the area bounded by

North Lincoln Avenue; North Racine Avenue; West Diversey Parkway; a 38.15 foot perpendicular line to West Diversey Parkway from a point 91.6 feet west of the southwest boundary line of North Lincoln Avenue (as measured along the north boundary line of West Diversey Parkway); a 37.8 foot perpendicular line to North Lincoln Avenue from a point 91.6 feet northwest of the north boundary line of West Diversey Parkway (as measured along the north boundary line of West Diversey Parkway),

to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
