CITY COUNCIL MARCH 5, 2014

ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing the current RS-1 and RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 15-H in the area bounded by:

N. Ridge Avenue; the east line of the right-of-way of the Chicago and North Western Railroad; W. Peterson Avenue; N. Ravenswood Avenue; a line 75.36 feet south of the south right-of-way line of W. Peterson Avenue; a line 24 feet west of the west right-of-way line of N. Ravenswood Avenue; a line 144.87 feet south of the south line of W. Peterson Avenue; the west right-of-way line of the Chicago and North Western Railroad; W. Peterson Avenue and N. Ravenswood Avenue

to the designation of a T (Transportation) District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
