REPEAL THE ESTABLISHMENT OF LIMITATION OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.

Se It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to repeal an ordinance passed May 5, 2004 C.J.P. 22786 by striking the below.

44      W. School Street (south side) from a point 20 feet

east of N. Ashland Avenue, to a point 35 feet east, thereof - 15 minute loading zone - unattended vehicles must have lights flashing, tow- away zone after 15 minutes 7:00am - 7:00pm Monday -Saturday (04-00022308);
