DIRECT INTRODUCTION

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council on June 23, 2004, establishing a handicap loading zone designated area, be and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom the following [page 27046 of the Journal of Proceedings):

"West Devon Avenue      on the south side of the street, from a point

105 feet west of North Monticello Avenue, to a point 40 feet west thereof, disabled loading zone - 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (04-00749149)

(TOW-AWAY ZONE)."
