ORDINANCE
 
 
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
 
 
SECTION 1.  The City Council finds that the areas described in Section 2 through 6 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.
 
SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (10.86), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of April 10, 2013 at page 51201, with the following underscored text:
 
4-60-022 (10.86)      On 106th Street, from Green Bay Avenue to Buffalo Avenue.
 
SECTION 3. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (10.201), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of April 13, 2011 at page 115367, with the following underscored text:
 
4-60-022 (10.201)     On Avenue O, from 110th Street to 130th Street.
 
SECTION 4. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (10.260), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of October 3, 2012 at page 35339, with the following underscored text:
 
4-60-022 (10.260)    On Commercial Avenue, from 91st Street to South Chicago Avenue thence
to Harbor Avenue.
 
 
SECTION 7. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
