RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, God in His infinite wisdom has called Edward J. Tomiser to his eternal reward; and

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of his passing by Alderman Frank J. Olivo; and

WHEREAS, The devoted son of the late Victor and Bertha, loving brother of Lillian, Frieda, Erna, the late Irma and Victor, dear cousin of Margaret, Ann and Irene. Veteran of the Korean War, Edward J. Tomiser leaves a legacy of faith, dignity, compassion and love; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and members of the Chicago City Council gathered here this third day of November, 2010, do hereby express our sorrow on the death of Edward J. Tomiser and extend to his family and friends our deepest sympathy; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy be presented to the family of Edward J. Tomiser.
