ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the (Planned Manufacturing District) PMD No. 12 District symbols and indications as shown on Map 14-N in the area bounded by:

A line 145.25 feet north of and parallel to West 60^th Street; a line 133.5 feet east of and parallel to South Oak Park Avenue; the public alley north of and parallel to West 60^th Street; the public alley next east of and parallel to South Oak Park Avenue; a line 75 feet north of and parallel to West 60^th Street; South Oak Park Avenue.

to those of RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
