ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-2 District symbols and indication as shown on Map No. 3-H in the area bounded by:
North Milwaukee Avenue; a northeasterly perpendicular line to North Milwaukee Avenue 277.20 feet southeast of the southeast boundary line of North Wood Street (as measured along the northeast boundary line of North Milwaukee Avenue); the public alley next northeast of and parallel to North Milwaukee Avenue; a northeasterly perpendicular line to North Milwaukee Avenue 325.20 feet southeast of the southeast boundary line of North Wood Street (as measured along the northeast boundary line of North Milwaukee Avenue),
to those of B3-2 District and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
