SENIOR CITIZEN SEWER CHARGE REFUND

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 3-12-050 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago CONVISER, MEL is hereby entitled to a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) Senior Citizen Sewer Charge Refund for the premises located at 6401 W. Berteau Ave., Unit 317, Chicago IL 60634 for the year 2014.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
