BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Single Unit Districts symbols and indications a shown on Map No. 8-H in the area bounded by

West 35th Street; a line 97 feet east of and parallel to South Wood Street; the public alley next south of and parallel to West 35th Street; and South Wood Street

to those of B2-1 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area described above.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
