BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the current B3-2 Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-G in the area bounded by:

a line 94.35 feet south of West Cuyler Avenue; a line from a point 162.27 feet east of North Broadway running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 51.50 feet to a point 148.70 feet east of North Broadway; a line 144.35 feet south of West Cuyler Avenue; and North Broadway

to those of a B2-5 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District which is hereby established in the area described above.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
