ORDINANCE



BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by designating as a Pedestrian Street with the appropriate symbols and indications that segment ofthe West Lawrence Avenue right-of-way on Maps No. 11-1, No. 11-J, No. 13-1, and No. 13-J in the area bounded by

the centerline of North Sacramento Avenue on the east and the centerline of North Central Park Avenue on the west.


SECTION 2. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by designating as a Pedestrian Street with the appropriate symbols and indications that segment ofthe West Montrose Avenue right-of-way on Maps No. 11-1 and No. 11-J in the area bounded by

the centerline of North California Avenue on the east and the centerline of North Kimball Avenue on the west.


SECTION 3. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by designating as a Pedestrian Street with the appropriate symbols and indications that segment of the North Kedzie Avenue right-of-way on Maps No. 11-1 and No. 11-J in the area bounded by

the centerline of West Lawrence Avenue on the north and the centerline of West Montrose Avenue on the south.


SECTION 4. That section 17-3-503-D-1 ofthe Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by inserting the underscored language as follows:

17-3-0503-D [Pedestrian Streets and Pedestrian Retail Streets.]
