Installation of Signs: Bicycle Riding on Sidewalk Prohibited

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 52, Section 020(b) ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, no person 12 or more years of age shall ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk in any district, unless such sidewalk has been officially designated and marked as a bicycle route.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect frm and after the date of its passage and approval.
