Be It Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to ACADIA HERITAGE SHOPS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, eight (8) Awning(s) projecting over the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 55 E. Randolph St

Said Awning(s) at N Wabash Ave measure(s):
One (1) at fifteen point zero eight (15.08) feet in length, and four point eight three (4.83) feet in width for a total of seventy-two point eight four (72.84) square feet.
One (1) at thirteen point five eight (13.58) feet in length, and four point eight three (4.83) feet in width for a total of sixty-five point five nine (65.59) square feet.
One (1) at thirty-two point zero eight (32.08) feet in length, and four point five eight (4.58) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-six point nine three (146.93) square feet.
Two (2) at seven point five eight (7.58) feet in length, and four point four one (4.41) feet in width for a total of sixty-six point eight six (66.86) square feet.
Said Awning(s) at E Randolph St measure(s):
One (1) at fifteen point five (15.5) feet in length, and three point nine one (3.91) feet in width for a total of sixty point six one (60.61) square feet.
One (1) at fifteen point five (15.5) feet in length, and three point eight three (3.83) feet in width for a total of fifty-nine point three seven (59.37) square feet.
One (1) at fifteen point five (15.5) feet in length, and three point four one (3.41) feet in width for a total of fifty-two point eight six (52.86) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Zoning Department -Signs.
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1113388 herein granted the sum of one hundred seventy-five ($175.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.

The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public way.
