Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to DRI/CA OLD COLONY LLC C/o CAMPUS AQUISITIONS, LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, five (5) Vault(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 407 S. Dearborn St
Said Vault(s) at S. Plymouth Court measure(s):
One (1) at seventeen point six seven (17.67) feet in length, and eight (8) feet in width for a total of one hundred forty-one point three six (141.36) square feet.
One (1) at seventeen (17) feet in length, and seven point three three (7.33) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-four point six one (124.61) square feet.
Said Vault(s) at S. Dearborn Street measure(s):
One (1) at forty-nine point two five (49.25) feet in length, and three point nine two (3.92) feet in width for a total of one hundred ninety-three point zero six (193.06) square feet.
One (1) at eight point eight three (8.83) feet in length, and thirteen (13) feet in width for a total of one hundred fourteen point seven nine (114.79) square feet.

,One (1) at thirty-one point nine two (31.92) feet in length, and three point nine three (3.93) feet in width for a total of one hundred twenty-five point four five (125.45) square feet.
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination).
This grant of privilege in the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and all other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to the City of Chicago as compensation for the privilege #1113276 herein granted the sum of one thousand seventy-seven ($1,077.00) per annum in advance.
A 25% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
j The permit holder agrees to hold the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs i associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused by the City performing work in the public ' way.

The applicant referenced above has requested the use of the public right-of-way for vault(s). An ordinance has been prepared by the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection - Small Business Center -Public Way Use Unit for presentation to the City Council.
